*Scope of Services
We provide recruitment, placement, and onboarding support
exclusively for doctors and healthcare professionals across
India
Accuracy of Information
Doctors and institutions must provide accurate, updated, and truthful information for effective placement and hiring
Selection & Employment
Final hiring decisions, employment terms, and compensation
remain at the sole discretion of the hiring
hospital/institution.
Caduceus facilitates the process but is not responsible for
post-employment disputes.
Replacement Policy
If a doctor resigns or is terminated within the agreed
replacement period (as per MOU/contract), we will provide a
suitable replacement at no additional cost, subject to terms
agreed with the client.
Payments & Fees
AClients agree to adhere to the mutually agreed payment
structure and timelines
Late payments may attract additional charges as per
agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Caduceus acts solely as a recruitment facilitator.
We are not liable for employment disputes, medical practice
outcomes, or institutional management decisions.
